# Terms & Conditions

By using our website or booking our waste removal services, you agree to the following
terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between
our business and our customers when using our services.

---

## Service Availability

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. While we aim to provide
reliable scheduling, collection times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions,
or operational requirements.

---

## Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that waste is accessible and safe for collection. Any hazardous,
prohibited, or restricted materials must not be included in the waste unless previously
agreed.

Clear access to the property or collection area must be provided to allow our team
to safely carry out the collection service.

---

## Waste Restrictions

Certain waste types may not be accepted due to environmental or legal regulations.
These may include hazardous materials, chemicals, asbestos, or other restricted
items.

If you are unsure whether a specific item can be collected, please contact us before
booking the service.

---

## Pricing And Payments

Service pricing may vary depending on the waste type, volume, location, and service
requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before collection whenever possible.

Payments must be made according to the agreed service terms at the time of booking
or completion of the service.

---

## Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation policies may apply depending on the service booked and the notice provided.
